Matzot From Hevron
History
The Hevron Matza Bakery was established a number of years ago by students of the Shavei-Hevron Yeshiva. Their aim was to produce high quality, hand made Shmura Matza according to our age-old tradition; while at the same time providing employment for the inhabitants of the holy city of Hevron.
The bakery was established under the strict supervision of Rav Dov Lior, Chief Rabbi of Hevron, whose instructions are meticulously followed from start to finish. The bakery has also received the blessings and guidance of Israel’s former Chief Rabbi, Rav Mordechai Eliyahu. With God’s help, we have baked thousands of delicious Shmura Matzos.
